The San Ramon Police Officers’ Association is proud to represent the dedicated law enforcement professionals who serve and protect the San Ramon community.
San Ramon’s modern policing history began when the City incorporated in 1983, with law enforcement services initially provided by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office. On July 1, 2007, the San Ramon Police Department officially became an independent agency, beginning a new chapter of locally focused public safety and community service.
Since then, San Ramon’s officers have continued to build strong relationships with residents, businesses, and community partners while upholding the professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service that define our department. The SRPOA is proud to support the officers who carry that tradition forward every day.
